KTM Validation compatibility with Windows 11

Issue

Can you please tell me if a new compatibility matrix document is available?
Our customer would like to know the compatibility between Kofax and Windows 11.

I tried to check the compatibility matrix provided in the knowledge base but there nothing about KTM 6.4 version.

 

Solution

Windows 11 is not supported for KTM 6.4 and as of now there are no plans to officially certify KTM 6.4 for newer operating systems.

We usually only certify new OS with new Kofax product versions. We expect the Windows 11 will be certified with KTM 7.1
