What is the specific criteria for KTM to use the KTM 5-Fields Extraction license instead of the KTM Unlimited Fields license?

Solution

After a Document is classified, if the class which it ends up in has five fields or less defined in the class, it will use the 5-Field Extraction license, otherwise it will use the Unlimited Fields license.

This is regardless of how many locators are defined or whether fields are for manual entry or filled by database lookups.

Capture fields which are not mapped to KTM class fields are not relevant for this check.
