Question / Problem:
The KTM Server module is not automatically processing Batches waiting in Batch Manager. What needs to be done so that the Batches will process automatically?
Answer / Solution:
Check the KTM Server Configuration, and if User Profiles are enabled, check to see that the correct user account is configured for KTM Server.
Also, verify that the checkbox for processing Batches automatically is checked (selected). Restart the KTM Server service and then verify that Batches are processing automatically.
