Cause

Mis match of versions

Solution

This message indicates either of the scenarios below:

1) The batch was processed on two different versions of KTM. This includes mismatches in the service packs and fix packs.

For example, if the KTM Server is KTM 6.0 SP 2 FP 2 and the KTM Validation module is KTM 6.0 SP 2 FP 1, this error may occur. The solution is to update all modules to the same version.

2) The KTM data for the batch, contained in the XFD (XFolder) and XDC (XDoc) files, may have been corrupted.

If so, these batches need to be un-rejected through the Capture Quality Control (QC) module and send back to the KTM Server for reprocessing to correct the data.
