Extraction failed because: StructuredException Error During KTM Server Processing

Issue

I am running a batch through Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) Server, and I receive the following error message:

"Extraction failed because: StructuredException. The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."

How can I resolve this issue?

Cause

A known cause for this issue is a corrupted locator.

Solution

It is recommended to use the Process of Elimination, and remove each locator in the project, and test if the issue occurs. Once the corrupted locator is found, it is recommended to remove it and recreate it to resolve this issue.
