Regascex.exe fails to register modules

Issue

When installing KC11 FP1 up to FP3, KTM installation fails, while registering the modules via regascex.exe. Also custom modules cannot be registered.

Solution

The problem does not occur with FP4 for KC11.

Update KC11 with FP4 or higher version, so KTM setup runs correctly through, without the need of manually registering the modules.

Also custom modules can be registered successfully after the update to FP4.
