How can I resolve an issue where the KTM Server Scheduler and KTM Knowledgebase Learning services does not process any batches with User Profiles enabled and both services set to LocalSystem for the logon account?
Answer / Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
1. In the KTM Service Configuration, configure User Profile for Kofax Capture Administration by specifying the username and password for a Kofax Capture user which has access to all KC/KTM modules and all batch classes in User Profiles.
2. Restart both KTM Server Scheduler and KTM Knowledgebase Learning services.
