Deactivate Express License When PC Not Available

How to deactivate a Kofax Express license when the PC where Kofax Express was activated is no longer available due to hardware replacement, hard drive crash, OS reimage, or other reason.

 

Solution

Contact licensing@kofax.com to request deactivation of the license so it can be activated on a new PC.
