2FA (2 factor Authentication)

Issue

Is there a way to enable or integrate 2FA authentification in Kofax Express or any plans to make this happen in the future?

Solution

We don’t have plans to support MFA or 2FA in Kofax Express. Kofax Express and its infrastructure rely on Window Authentication mechanisms to use the app and process its data. It is recommended to secure the Windows user logon process rather than having Kofax Express to be authenticated by MFA or 2FA.
