Cannot load OCR engine when launching Kofax Express

Issue
Kofax Express application installed on Azure was displaying the following error when launching it:
Cannot load OCR engine. Exception: 'ABBYY Licensing Service. The RPC server is unavailable.
Solution
In order to correct your issue we applied the latest fix pack which contains the following fixes:
696939 - ABBYY FineReader 11.1 fails to initialize on Azure VM role.
833643 - Error -9999 during export caused by OCR.
