Question / Problem:
When switching to another Job or creating a new Job in Kofax Express, batches scanned in using a different Job are no longer visible.
Answer / Solution:
Kofax Express separates batches based on the Job in which they were created. When switching to another Job or creating a new Job, all batches created with other Jobs will not be accessible. Switching to the Job that was used to create the batches will make the batches visible again.
The recommended solution is to re-scan the document(s) in the Job in which they are to be worked.
