Rescan option disabled

Question / Problem:

In Kofax Express 3.1 and higher, the Rescan option is grayed out (disabled) and unavailable for use.

Answer / Solution:

The Rescan option is disabled by default in Kofax Express 3.1 and higher.

To enable the Rescan option.

  1. Click on the Kofax Express Menu Icon and click the Options button.
  2. In the Options window click the User Interface button.
  3. Select the Show All radio button or scroll down to the Ribbon section and check the box for Rescan.
