Issue

It is possible to use the source "Kofax Software VRS - TWAIN" in the 3rd party application and how to setup? 

Solution

Yes, it is possible. 

Set the ISIS source ( as example a Fujitsu fi-7260) as default in the VRS Administration Console and use the Kofax Software VRS - TWAIN in the application.

That way the underlying scanner can still scan using ISIS driver, but the upper interface is exposed to scan application as TWAIN source.

That way we call TWAIN on Top (ToT) scan app.
