Email Address Verification email is never received during Kofax VRS 5.x Elite License Activation

Question / Problem:

When activating a VRS Elite license, a message states that the activation process requires a verified email address. However, the email from Kofax is never received.

Answer / Solution:

With Kofax VRS Elite or Kofax VRS Elite with Service Pack 1, the email verification process is optional. If no email from Kofax is received, close out of the verified email address dialog and click the Activate button.

Not completing the email verification process will not cause the license to become deactivated or switch Kofax VRS Elite into a demo mode.

This issue was resolved in Kofax VRS 5.1.1.
