No. Kofax does not service scanner hardware.
Contact the scanner's manufacturer to schedule a service call for scanner hardware issues.
Kofax supports its software and the interactions between the scanner's driver and Kofax software. If an issue is determined to be due to a problem in the scanner's hardware or the scanner's driver, separate from Kofax software, Technical Support will recommend contacting the scanner manufacturer for technical support.
