Issue

Which scanner models are no longer supported in Kofax VRS 5.1.1?

 

Cause

Support for the following scanners has been discontinued in Kofax VRS 5.1.1 due to their lack of compatible drivers with supported versions of Windows.

 

Solution

These scanners are no longer supported and are not listed on the Kofax VRS 5.1.1 Administration Console's Scanner Configuration screen.
