Compressor failed Error 20208 when scanning in VCDemo

Question / Problem:

The error: “20208 - Compressor failed” occurs when scanning in VCDemo.

Answer / Solution:

Please reset the VRS and scanner driver settings as outlined in QAID 9963.

When this has been completed, test again in VCDemo. Please test using all three color modes (Black & White, Color, and Grayscale).
