Error in loading DLL

Issue

Error loading DLL with VRS 5.x and Fujitsu fi-6770A scanner.

Cause

Mismatch between Selected scanner scanner source and physical Scanner USB connection.

Scanner was showing on Device manager as fi-6770dj (SVRS Software)
Scanner source selected was pointing to fi-6770A (HVRS Hardware)

Solution

if desired SVRS source:

• Download and Install the legacy ISIS driver from scanner vendor website
• then select the scanner fi-6770 on the VRS Admin Console | Scanner Configuration

if you want to use it as fi-6770A then:

• switch the USB port on the back of the scanner to the other port (CGA port)
