For assistance with Kofax VRS or an OEM version of VRS that is used with a third-party scanning application, please complete the fields below. Provide as much detail as possible when describing the issue including the text of any error messages and submit the form. 

IMPORTANT:  If you are using Kofax/OEM VRS with another Kofax product (such as Kofax Capture or Kofax TotalAgility) that is covered by a valid maintenance contract, please browse to the Customer Portal and submit a Case instead of using this form.
